All fitting rooms are open and will be disinfected after each use. Shoppers will be spaced out in fitting rooms as much as possible. 

Our ModeAlise staff will be cleaning and disinfecting through out the day, focusing especially on high-touch areas. All counters will be disinfected after every customer. Customers will have access to hand sanitizer and disposable masks (mask provided upon request). Customers will also be able to purchase sanitizer and cloth masks from us.

ModeAlise’s staff have always been instructed to stay at home if they are feeling unwell and will continue to be instructed to do so with even more caution. They have also been instructed to wash their hands/sanitize before and after working with each customer. As required by state officials, ModeAlise staff members will be wearing a mask while working.

Any purchases made online or over the phone are eligible for free, contact-less, curbside pick up. If this option is chosen at check out, we will be reaching out to you to confirm your pick up time.

Our return policy for in-store purchases will remain the same:

• All discounted items, all shoes, and all accessories are final sale
• Store credit will be issued for any unworn and unaltered regular priced merchandise with a receipt and tag attached within 10 days from the date of sale
• Store credit must be used within 60 days

Clothing that has been returned will be steamed before being put back on the floor.
