Refund policy
Please note that returns/exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Store credit will be issued for up to 60 days. Returns/exchanges must be returned within 14 days of your original purchase.
Modealise cannot accept returns on altered or worn merchandise. All original tags must be attached, the product must be in the original box/packaging, and the item must be in its original state to receive a refund or store credit.
ModeAlise will not accept returns for gift cards, accessories, or discounted/sale items. Shoes purchased in-store are final sale.
HOW TO RETURN:
Returns can be made via shipping or in store. If you choose to ship back your return, please email modealise@gmail.com with your reason for returning and a copy of the original receipt/proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Store credit/refunds will be issued upon arrival and approved inspection of your returned package. Please allow a few days for your return to be processed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
