The Summum 2-Piece Wrap blouse is a great top that can be dressed up with a solid pair of trousers or dressed down with jeans. This blouse features long puffy sleeves with an elastic cuff and a crossover front with a self-tie closure. The top comes with a matching tank that has thin and adjustable straps, side slits, a tapered fit, and white lace trim on the v-neck.
